I absolutely love doing up my nails during Christmas. All sorts of colours to fit the festive season. Not everything has to be plain red or green. These nail colours are some from my collection which I love to use this time of year.

Sally Hansen – Silver Sweep

Silver is one of the main colours that we see with decorations whether its home or tree decor, it just makes a room light up. This silver colour has a shimmer to it which makes your nails really accentuate whatever you are wearing.

China Glaze – Love Marilyn

If you want a red with a difference this is really a lovely colour. Its a thick glitter nail varnish so not a coating varnish. Shake first then just apply and you will get a lot out of the bottle, it won’t be just a few bits of glitter. Once dried you can feel the texture of the glitter on your nails.

Nails Inc – Rose Bellini

This is a beautiful new colour I got for my birthday. Gold I find is a bit too much but a nice rose gold/bronze colour is less harsh but still an absolute beauty. Would really recommend this with to go with glitzy glam looks

Flormar – Rocket

This is just a top coating nail varnish but if you want to add a blue glitter effect to your nails I would recommend this. Would go really well with a white colour. It would remind me of snowflakes falling in the winter time.

Essie – Mint Candy Apple

I know red and green mostly represent Christmas but I always loved sky blues and whites as it reminds me of a white Christmas. This colour is a hint of mint green to it but really is a bold pastel colour to be used for whiter tones.
